We have just left ammamead and we wanted to let you know we enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The house exceeded our expectations and so did the weather !
Please thank Robert and Fiona for all the local advice. From the curry takeaway to the coastal path to the light house, we enjoyed it all. The children especially enjoyed spotlight on the lawn At night :)

Happy New Year Annie,

We all enjoyed stayng at Ammamead. The house suited us perfectly with plenty of space for everyone. As you can imagine the pool was the focal point for the kids and adults alike. It was wonderful, thankyou very much.

Hi Annie just to say we had a fantastic stay, loved the house and pool,
lovely to be able to swim laps. It was the best place we've stayed in for
ages and perfect for a family. Boys had a great time riding in the hills
and I had a great time being back on home ground. Thanks we are all fully
relaxed for family Xmas in Melbourne.

I think the house has just the right amount of luxury and comfort without the pretentiousness to make you relax before you even think about it. Brilliant!

Just wanted to say a big thank you for our stay at Ammamead...... A beautiful home and location..... well done on the move of the home (photos on the wall) to its current splendor and lovely gardens.

We also had Kate come and cook for us on our last night. she was absolutely lovely and prepared a wonderful meal.

You beat me too it, I was going to send you a message today!

We LOVED Ammamead - what a divine place! I truly did not want to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed just sitting around the deck, by the pool and the fire. We had movie nights, swims, dinner in and out, and lots of chatting was done on the deck over a few glasses of wine.

Had a fabulous dinner with Kate - she was amazing! Also had Giselle come twice for massages.

We explored every inch of Bangelow and (lots of shopping was done!) and Byron Bay, also Brunswick Heads and Mullumimby - very quaint. We followed your recommendations for coffee and restaurants - all fabulous!

So all in all we had an amazing week with great friends in a gorgeous setting.
Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay. Please pass on our thanks to Tracie, she is just so lovely.

Paul and I just wanted to thank you for organising our wondeful stay at Ammamead. We had a really fantastic holiday and it was even better than we 'd  hoped. (and we had high hopes!)

Ammamead is such a beautiful house and every last thing has been thought of - it all works so well and every corner has been decorated and put together with such incredible taste. We felt as though we were in the most peaceful corner of Australia in the most perfect house. Thank you for letting us share it.

We'll definitely be back and will recommend it to our friends (but only our good ones as we don't want too many people to know this secret!)

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Federal is such a beautiful part of the world and Ammamead is breathtaking! Absolutely love the house / layout / view etc. Plus it is about the best fitted holiday house I have ever stayed in. I will be telling my friends about it and recommending it highly.

Firstly I would like to say thank you for having such a wonderful place available to book for holidays.

What  a fabulous holiday we had at Ammamead. Was without a doubt one of the best.... so relaxing, amazing house, amazing views, and we didnt feel like we were in a holiday rental with only the bare essentials. Having spent the last 20 years holidaying in Byron we are now not sure if we will ever be able to stay down near the beach again- I think we have found our paradise up in the hills.

The boys went wild in all the space and we couldnt keep them out of the pool. Also a big bonus for us was that there was no T.V in the main lounge area, it was just so lovely to sit and watch the fire (and the great paintings behind it) and just really kick back. Would love to come back again next year if you'll have us.

Our holiday at Ammamead was wonderful. The house is beautiful and suited our family perfectly. The setting is stunning- my husband is a keen photographer so the surroundings were muched photographed. Our whole holiday was great, hopefully we will be able to do it again soon.  Our stay at Ammamead was handled so professionally, the whole experience ran like clockwork and we enjoyed every minute.

Hi Annie,
The boy's all had a fabulous time. Ken said, "It was wonderfully relaxing and he could not have had a more memorable 50th with 6 of his very close mates". (Not a lot of surf was the only complaint!)

The food Saturday night was great and they would all love to move from Melbourne into this amazing house, so I don't think they could have found anything better.

Dear Annie,

I just wanted to say what a beautiful time I had at your divine house over the weekend. My dear friend Melissa had a few of us to stay and we just had the best time. Apart from leaving all our kids at home with our husbands, we enjoyed the luxury and beautiful surrounds of Ammamead.

We had a wonderful time and liked the space and the house setup. Our guests loved it too – you never know they might enquire about it too. I have also recommended it to a couple of my close friends who always look for nice places to stay.

This is the first place we have ever considered to go back too! I have never swam so much in the Hinterland before.
